Botched's most shocking season yet is finally here.
E!'s beloved plastic surgeons Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif are scrubbing in for season eight and tackling one of the most unbelievable cases in the series' history.
"Normally, all the seasons, I do the most difficult, most shocking surgery because I'm the best there is," Terry exclusively teased to E! News' Francesca Amiker ahead of the Aug. 3 premiere, "because I'm the best there is."
But this time, it's his costar who achieves one of their most impressive makeovers to date.
"Paul takes on a case of a woman who had a tumor on her face that started to rapidly grow," Terry shared. "She was in from another country, she went to their university to have this removed, they opened her up, it bled so much. They just did what I call peek and treat, they just closed her up and said forget it."
So, for seven years, the tumor continued to grow.
"It started up in the upper cheek and below her jaw line," Terry explained. "Paul took her to the operating room with a team and did some genius type work, life-changing. Maybe the case of the entire series."
But that's not all they'll wow fans with in what Paul called the hardest season to date. The duo will help many other patients in need this season, including a woman with a giant growth on her foot, a dog bite victim who lost the entire tip of her nose and a skin cancer survivor who went through a 10-hour procedure that left a substantial hole in her face.
"For me, I'm still working on patients, even after we're done," he revealed. "The tissue is called poor protoplasm, it's falling apart and these patients are so unfortunate with what's happened to them. A lot of it is genetic from trauma or they're born with something or the botched type of surgery."
