Security expert center conducted the next stage of analysis of UTC sites - Luhansk, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson regions. We share the first results: - Some sites are rarely filled or contain outdated information - There are cases when the site has a section, but it is without information content - Many web resources contain photos and messages about community life - Communities post relevant information on the epidemiological situation of COVID-19 on the website. The size, number of merged settlements, as well as the population and the structure of the governing bodies of the UTC form the community map and indicate its resource potential. Therefore, the availability of such information on the site is a kind of "business card" of UTC and allows you to attract the attention of stakeholders - potential partners and investors.Therefore, according to the results of the site survey, UTCs of Sumy and Donetsk oblasts have the lowest number of the community cards - only 78% and 77%, respectively. Instead, all united communities of Luhansk oblast have a “community card” section on the website and fill in the latest information as much as possible.
