Dr. Iryna Kosulya is a PhD in sociology and obtained her degree at the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University at 2009. Dr. Kosulya previously worked at the Department of Sociology of Management and Social Work of the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) on the position of Associate Professor (Docent). Nowadays she acts as the Project Coordinator at Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
Dr. Kosulya participated as the team supervisor in following research projects " Social and medical-social services market for IDPs in Kharkov in a crisis situation" (2015), Visa Liberalisation: a case of Ukraine(2012), Technologization of providing quality social services in the territorial community of the City of Kharkov (2008), Comparative analysis of the needs of the citizens of the city of Kharkov in social services (dynamics in 2006) (2007), Analysis of social service needs of the citizens of the City of Kharkov (2005).
