About

Guranda Bursulaia is a PhD student at free University of Tbilisi. Her research is about Georgian-Abkhazian collective memory. Based on comparison of history textbooks from both sides she tracks the formation of collective memory in those societies.

For the master and bachelor Guranda studied law and mediation. As an Erasmus Mundus exchange student she spent one year in A.T.E.I. of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Guranda has five years of experience of working in peace building. Miss Bursulaia works at Civil Forum. She worked in NGOs as Youth Association Droni, Human Rights Center, Generations for Peace.

Guranda is Peace and Conflict Consultant since 2015.

Guranda is a core team member of Global Citizenship Education Youth Network.
