Travis Barker is feeling grateful for all the things.
The Blink-182 drummer reflected on Kourtney Kardashian's recent hospital stay after the Kardashians star—who is pregnant with their baby boy—underwent emergency surgery to save their son.
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby's life," Kourtney wrote on Instagram Sept. 6. "I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock."
Travis took to the comment section of her post—which featured an up-close black and white photo of the couple holding hands—writing, "God is great," with prayer hand emojis.
He reiterated the sentiment on X, previously known as Twitter, and explained, "I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I'm so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."
In her post, Kourtney said the scary experience was unlike her pregnancies with her three kids Mason Disick, 13, Penelope Disick, 11, and Reign Disick, 8, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick.
"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn't prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery," Kourtney continued. "I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear."
The 44-year-old added, "I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."
Back on Sept. 1, Travis' band announced that the musician would be leaving the European tour early to fly back home.
"Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States," the group's social media statement read. "The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."
Shortly after, Travis posted multiple pictures to his Instagram Stories from the Glasgow prayer room.
The couple, who wed in Italy in May 2022, shared they were expecting in a nod to the drummer's music video from the 1999 hit "All the Small Things." The Poosh founder held up a sign that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant," while jumping up and down in the crowd.
Weeks later, the pair held a sex reveal party, where they found out they were having a baby boy after blue confetti and streamers burst out of a cannon.
Having a baby together—her fourth and the seventh in their blended family—has long been a dream for the former neighbors turned lovers.
"Being a mother is my favorite role in life," Kourtney wrote in a 2019 post for her brand Poosh. "It gives me purpose, changed me for the better, and made me realize there is nothing else I would rather do with my time."
